A few years ago we got a call from some long time clients that lived in the North Eastern side of Washington D.C. They were interested in something brand new to me which was an Under deck ceiling with a rain drain system. They were interested in maximizing their yard space. If you know anything about D.C. is #1 If you live in the city you’re lucky to have a yard. #2 You’re even more lucky if your yard has enough space for a deck, now imagine doubling that space and part of it is available rain or shine?! Yes that was indeed a sweet deal my clients wanted to invest in.

Even though it was brand new to me my father has been in the business for more than 30 years in the DMV. So he’s installed a few Under deck systems in his day and was a huge help in ensuring quality control. Also lucky for me the manufacture had great easy to follow instructions and installation videos available.
